Komodo Edit supports PHP, Python, Ruby, Perl and Tcl, plus JavaScript, CSS, HTML and template languages like RHTML, Template-Toolkit, HTML-Smarty and Django. It works on Windows, Mac, and Linux and has verything you'd expect from an editor like autocomplete and calltips, multi-language file support, syntax coloring and syntax checking, Vi emulation, Emacs key bindings, and more. Basically it's a great development tool that's free and cross-platform.

Cornerstone
Cornerstone is 'finely crafted version control for the Mac'. A beautiful, native cocoa Subversion client with a lot of really nice features. It's relatively expensive, especially considering there are free SVN clients available, but it's a pleasure to use.
